No lullaby is more famous than Rock-a-bye Baby, and we at Baby Rockstar felt that no lullaby collection is complete without it. The words to this well known lullaby were first printed in "Mother Goose's Melody" in 1765 in London. The true origins are unknown and many theories exist on how it came to be. The words go something like this.
Rock-a-bye baby, on the treetop
When the wind blows, the cradle will rock
When the bough breaks, the cradle will fall
And down will come baby, cradle and all.
